The first attempt for routine service will be made within 24-48 hours of receiving the documents.
Up to 4 attempts over 10 days will be made:
Morning - 8 am to 11:59 am
Afternoon - 12 pm to 5 pm
Evening - 5 pm to 9 pm
Weekend - Saturday (Sundays prohibited in Idaho)
The turnaround times are typically 5-8 days, but vary depending on the type of service requested (routine, expedited, rush, same-day, etc.).
Summons & Complaint, Subpoena | Ada County $74.00; Canyon County $95.00
For a single defendant or witness at an address in the areas listed above. Includes up to 4 attempts and photos with GPS/time/date stamps.
Garnishment | Ada County $49.00; Canyon County $59.00
For each garnishee.
Additional defendant or witness at the same address | $27.00

Same Day (Urgent) Service | $149.00 + service fee
8-10 hour turnaround time. First attempt within 1 hour of receipt, by 8 am. We'll make at least two attempts by 8 pm on the same day.
Next Day (Rush) Service | $99.00 + service fee
24-hour turnaround time. First attempt within 1 hour of receipt, by 8 am. We'll make at least 4 attempts by 8 pm the next day.
Two-Day (Priority) Service | $49.00 + service fee
48-hour turnaround time. First attempt within 1 hour of receipt, by 8 am. We'll make at least 4 attempts within the next 48 hours.
Service by Posting | Starting at $49.00
Service by Mail | $13.00 + actual cost of postage
Documents are mailed within 48 hours after posting or substitute service.
Postal Verification | $13.00
For each postal change-of-address verification requested by the plaintiff.
Incorrect Address with Affidavit | $13.00 + service fee
For each process with an incorrect address.
Court Runner | Starting at $49.00 + service fee
Same-day document retrieval and delivery to and from the courthouse.
Special/ Set Time | $95.00 per hour
For scheduled appointments or servers waiting at a location, a minimum of 2 hours applies.
