Daisy Playtime is a doll produced as part of the Playtime doll line modeled after Poppy Playtime, Playtime Co.'s first successful toy. While the Playtime doll was first proposed shortly after Poppy's initial success, Playtime's founder Elliot Ludwig rejected the idea due to how personal Poppy Playtime was to him. Following his death, however, the Playtime doll line was almost immediately approved. Aside from that scummy move, Playtime Co. had a dark secret: an orphaned girl named Rosaline was used in experiments made to create a living version of the Daisy doll from the 90s. Following the Hour of Joy where the toy experiments like her revolted against the scientists who made her, they are now all trapped in the factory, starving and fighting to survive.
