Belphegor

Belphegor is one of the six sins that rule over the hellborn. After Lucifer convinced Eve to take a bite from an apple from the tree of knowledge, allowing Roo to enter the world, she would go on to create Hell along side Belphegor and the other sins. Ever since Lucifer arrived in Hell, Belphegor and the other sins have been ruling over the hellborn as the Deadly Sins. As the sin of sloth, Belphegor rules over the sloth ring, which is populated by a number of medical buildings such as hospitals and rehab centers and acts as hell's medical center.
