Belphegor is one of the six sins that rule over the hellborn. Like the other sins (excluding Lucifer), Belphegor is as old as hell itself, having come into existence around the same time hell did. As the sin of sloth, Belphegor rules over the sloth ring, which is populated by a number of medical buildings such as hospitals and rehab centers and acts as hell's medical center.

Husk is a sinner demon, a human who was damned to Hell following his death for the sins he committed in life. Early on in his days in Hell, he rose to the ranks of overlord where he owned the Magic Kat Casino where he spent his days drinking and gambling. His gambling would be his downfall when a losing streak would lead to him selling his soul to Alastor, another overlord. While he still was able to own the Magic Kat Casino and still retained his powers as an overlord, Husk lost his overlord status and was at Alastor's beck and call whenever he needed a favor. This led to him becoming that bartender of the Hazbin Hotel.

Loona is a hellhound, one of the lowest ranking demons in hell's society. Loona never knew her father, who left her and her mom shortly after she was born. And as for her mother, it wasn't long until Loona's mom abandoned her as well. With no parents and no family to claim her, Loona was sent to a hellhound adoption center, which she would spent most of her life. When she was 17, Loona was adopted by Blitzo around a month before she turned 18. Some point after her adoption, Blitzo would open I.M.P. where he would initially hire Loona as the receptionist.
