Charlie Morningstar is the daughter of Lucifer Morningstar and Lilith (being born 2 minutes before her twin sister, Catherine Morningstar, and about 300 years younger than her older brother Damian Morningstar), the Princess of Hell, and the founder of the Hazbin Hotel. Charlie wants to do right by her kingdom and find a way to redeem Sinners into Heaven through rehabilitation at the Hazbin Hotel. Charlie is compassionate and empathetic to a fault. While Charlie isn't unaware that Hell is full of souls who committed terrible acts in life, she's still made it her life's mission in help them via self-betterment in order to make Hell a better place. While idealistic, Charlie's idealism can lead to Charlie being naive at times.
