Carmen is the daughter of Charlie and Vaggie and Simon's half-sister. Simon and Carmen run the hotel together with Carmen being the face while Simon works behind the scenes.

Noah is a fallen cherub and Simon's assistant. Simon met Noah shortly after Noah arrived in hell and seeing Noah down on his luck, Simon offered Noah a job helping him run the hotel from behind the scenes.
