Background

Simon Abadeer is the son of Marceline Abadeerand Vaggie, having been born a few minutes after his twin sister, Carmen, son of Charlie Morningstar. From an early age, Simon grew up not just his moms but also the hotel staff, sinners taking up residence at the hotel, and his aunts and their families. Simon and his sister grew up in the hotel and upon being surrounded by the miserable state of hell, Simon wanted to help make hell a better place.

Following him graduating from college, Simon and Carmen would end up overseeing the operation of the hotel with Simon acting as the hotel’s manager and helping Carmen running the hotel behind the scenes alongside his assistant, a fallen cherub named Noah.
