Marsha is one of Serena's two adoptive moms. Back when she was an egg, she was given to Marsha by someone after they found her egg abandoned. While hesitant about having a baby so quickly into her relationship with Octavia, Marsha became to adore Serena. While not as vocal about her love for Serena as Octavia, Marsha is protective of Serena and while she taught Serena to be kind, she also made sure she knew that the world wasn't a fair place.

Octavia is one of Serena's two adoptive moms. Back when she was an egg, she was brought to Octavia by Marsha after someone gave her the egg. Octavia adores her daughter and will gush about her every time someone asks about her.

Elise II is a hellhound and Serena's younger adopted sister. Ever since she was brought home, Serena and Elise II have been extremely close with Serena always insisting that Elise II is her sister when others try to tell her that Elise II is just a hellhound.

Noah is a fallen cherub and Serena's boyfriend. Noah met Serena when she came to visit her cousins at the Hazbin Hotel where he worked as Simon's assistant. After getting to know Noah, they began to date.

Elliot is a fallen angel and Serena's bio father. After being kicked out of heaven due to the sexual relations Elliot and Carol had that led to Serena's creation, Serena's egg was seperated from her parents when they were attacked by cannibals. While Elliot managed to survive, he knows about where his child currently is and has chosen to stay away seeing as Serena is happy with her parents.
