Carmen is the daughter of Charlie Morningstar and Vaggie. Carmen is very much like her mother Charlie: A very optimistic if naive individual. Much like her mom, Carmen believes in her mother's dream and for as far back as she could remember, she wanted nothing more than to help her moms run the hotel and make hell better for all of it's residents.
