On April 5th , despite the rainy weather, an impressive 70 volunteers gathered at Ngoai Giao Doan Park for a meaningful Community Serve Day organized by CityPartners and its associate partner organizations.
Together, the volunteers contributed to cleaner and greener spaces for all who use the park. As a long-term contribution to the upkeep of the space, HIF City Partners donated five trash bins to the park—aiming to support ongoing efforts to keep it clean and welcoming.
This event would not have been possible without the collaboration and support of several key organizations. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Xuan Tao People’s Committee, Ngoai Giao Doan Park Management Team, Standard Chartered Bank, Hanoi International Fellowship, Love Hanoi, and Keep Vietnam Clean for their partnership and for sending volunteers to serve alongside us.
Most importantly, we would like to recognize and thank every individual who came out to volunteer. It was truly wonderful to see your energy, commitment, and heart to serve.
Thank you for helping to make this Community Serve Day a success!

The recent Super Typhoon Yagi and following severe flooding have left 330 people dead or missing and displaced thousands of families. In response, HIF CityPartners, alongside local churches and the Love Hanoi community, has worked hard to pack and send essential supplies—food, clothing, and water purification kits—to the affected provinces.
So far, we’ve delivered relief to 9 provinces, including Hà Nội, Yên Bái, Cao Bằng, Thái Nguyên, Lào Cai, Hà Nam, Bắc Cạn, Bắc Giang and Phú Thọ.
We are so grateful to everyone who has volunteered and donated. Your support has saved many lives by bringing much-needed aid to families facing overwhelming difficulties.
However, many families still urgently need basic supplies and help as they try to rebuild their lives. You can continue to donate at www.hif.vn/give, with “Flood Relief” as the note.
Let’s continue to share the love of Jesus through our actions, providing hope and support to those who need it most. Thank you, and God bless you.
On June 26th, the City Partners team traveled to Lao Cai to support of 55 civilians recently afflicted by tornados and hail storms in the area. City Partners donated 25 million dongs in housing repair aid. Along with 50 bags of clothes, toys, and home supplies, thanks to the overwhelming support from HIF members. While in Lao Cai, Citypartners met with the elders, leaders, and members of the Ải Nam church. Together, both groups worshiped the Lord in English and Hmong. HIF Elder, Michael Walls shared a brief message encouraging the congregation to grow their faith while facing adversities and to stir up their gifts to serve the Lord and others, based on 2 Timothy 1:6. Afterward, the team prayed for a half-paralyzed Hmong child, asking God for his healing. The CP team then visited two families in the area whose homes had been destroyed. They also attempted to help farmers carry rice home from the fields, though this task proved challenging. The following day, the team traveled to Sapa for fellowship and prayer with Hannah, a missionary living in the area. The team was greatly encouraged by Hannah’s testimony of faithfulness and the way God has blessed her life and ministry. We praise the Lord for His care, provision, and protection for His people in Lao Cai and Sapa. We also extend our heartfelt thanks to all HIF members for their generous donations to support the families in Lao Cai.
