The Estate Gardens is part of the SHIN Estate. This is the only area of SHIN Estate Villa that is accessible to tourists.

Baejin Park is located at the Baejin Stadium. Hence the name. It is a great tranquil location and has everything from palm trees to a paddling pool.

Kurj Park is located in the Downtown and is an island on Kurj Bhalifa Lake. From there you have a perfect view of the skyscraper and the Sveoul Fountain.

Seonyudo Island is a small island in Seonyudo Lake. On Seonyudo Island there is a small beach, food stalls and seating. Small but nice.
