• Towing Service Request: Your location data is shared directly via WhatsApp with the designated towing service provider to facilitate the service.

• No Storage: We do not store, retain, or process your location data or any other information on our servers.

4. Permissions Required
The App requests the following permissions to function:

• Fine Location (GPS): To pinpoint your exact location for accurate service dispatch.

• Coarse Location (Network-based): To approximate your location if GPS is unavailable.

• Internet Access: To redirect you to WhatsApp and send your location via the app.

5. Data Sharing
Your location coordinates are shared only with the towing service provider via WhatsApp. Once shared, WhatsApp’s privacy practices (governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy) apply to how the provider handles your data. We are not responsible for WhatsApp’s data practices.

6. Security
We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data during transmission. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

• You may deny location permissions, but this will prevent the App from functioning.

• You may uninstall the App at any time to stop all data collection.
