Health Data means health-related information that You voluntarily provide, enter, upload, scan, or submit through the Application. This may include health readings, medication-related information, health notes, scanned health documents, and other health-related records.
Personal Data means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service refers to the Application.
Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, provide the Service on behalf of the Company, perform services related to the Service, or assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

Images, documents, or text extracted from health reports, prescriptions, medicine labels, or medical-related documents if You choose to upload or scan them in the Application
We collect and use Health Data only when You voluntarily enter, upload, scan, or submit it through the Application.
We use Health Data for the following purposes:
To allow You to record, view, and manage Your health readings
To display charts, summaries, trends, and history based on Your submitted data
To generate reminders, reports, or health-related summaries within the Application
To help You organize information that may be useful when consulting a pharmacist, doctor, or healthcare professional
To improve the functionality, accuracy, safety, and user experience of the Application
The Application does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or emergency medical advice. Any health-related information, summaries, trends, explanations, or suggestions shown in the Application are for general informational and record-keeping purposes only. You should consult a qualified doctor, pharmacist, or healthcare professional before making medical decisions.
We do not sell Your Health Data.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device’s Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser version, the pages or sections of Our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages or sections, unique device identifiers, crash logs, diagnostic data, and other technical data.
When You access the Service through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device’s unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers, crash logs, and other diagnostic data.

Images, OCR, and Uploaded Documents
The Application may allow You to upload, scan, or capture images, health reports, prescriptions, medicine labels, or other documents. These may be processed to extract text, organize information, or provide Application features.
If the Application uses optical character recognition, artificial intelligence, or automated analysis, the extracted text or relevant information may be processed to provide features such as health record entry, report summaries, reminders, or general explanations.
You should not upload information that You do not want processed by the Application or its Service Providers.
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain Our Service, including to monitor the usage, security, and performance of Our Service.
To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
To provide health logging features: to allow You to record, view, organize, and manage health readings, medication reminders, medication records, health notes, and related information.
To generate charts, summaries, and reports: to display trends, history, summaries, reports, and explanations based on the information You submit.
To provide reminders and notifications: to send medication reminders, health logging reminders, account notifications, updates, security alerts, and other Service-related communications.
For the performance of a contract: to develop, comply with, and undertake any purchase contract for products, items, or services You have purchased or any other contract with Us through the Service.
To contact You: to contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, push notifications, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication regarding updates, informative communications, security updates, and Service-related matters when necessary or reasonable.

Where the Application uses automated analysis, OCR, artificial intelligence, or third-party service providers to process Health Data, such processing is used only to provide, maintain, secure, or improve Application features.
These features are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

We may share Your personal information in the following situations:
With Service Providers: We may share Your Personal Data, Usage Data, and Health Data with Service Providers to operate, host, maintain, secure, analyze, and improve the Service, to provide customer support, to contact You, or to provide specific Application features.
