Barnes, Kansas

Our little town of Barnes is located 11 miles south of Highway 36 in Washington County. We are nestled between the towns of Greenleaf and Waterville along Highway 9, former stop along the "Great White Way." As of the 2010 Census, our population was recorded at 159 residents. Yes, we are small, but where we lack in population and square miles we make up for in charm.
