We provide consultations and laboratory services (as needed) to pregnant women every Thursday (8am-5pm).

TB Consultation

Contact Tracing to family members

We conduct TB consultation every Tuesday (8am-5pm).

Medical Certificates

Health Certificates (Yellow and Green Card)

We issue medical certificates and cater health certificates to food and non-food handlers with required laboratories and x-ray every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (8am-5pm).

Blood Chemistry

We provide blood chemistry services from Monday-Friday (8am-5pm).

NCD Registration

With consultation and laboratory tests (as needed)

We conduct consultation and laboratory tests (as needed) for non-communicable disease (NCD) patients every Wednesday (8am-5pm).

(Hypertensive and Diabetic patients)

Animal Bite Treatment and Management

We provide animal bite treatment and management from Monday-Friday (8am-5pm).

Medico-Legal Services

We provide medico-legal services and provide medical certificates (jail commitment) from Monday-Friday (8am-5pm).

Death Certificates and Burial transactions

We prepare Death Certificates and Burial transactions from Monday-Friday (8am-5pm).

We conduct Food Handling Seminars every Monday (1pm) at SM City.
