This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game City Construction
("the App", "we", "us") handles information. The App is published by
Soft Gaming Tech. By installing or using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
The App is a single-player, offline construction-driving game. We do not
collect, store, or transmit any personal information from you. Specifically, the App does not
collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or any
account information.
2. Information Stored On Your Device
The App saves your game progress locally on your device only (for example: completed levels,
star ratings, high scores, and sound/music settings). This data never leaves your device and is
removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data.
3. Permissions
The App requests the following Android permissions:
INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — reserved for optional online
features and future updates. The current version does not send personal data over the network.
4. Advertising
The current version of the App does not display third-party advertisements and
does not use an advertising SDK. If advertising is added in a future update, this Privacy Policy
will be updated to describe the advertising partners used (such as Google AdMob) and the data they
process, before that version is released.
5. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

6. Data Security
Because the App does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no personal data held by us
to be lost or misused. Any locally stored game progress remains under your control on your device.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating
the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, within the App or its store listing.
