This procedure being harmonized, it concerns all the citizen offices created on the initiative of IDI and its partners:
1-Print and complete the access to information request form (section 2.1)
2-Submission of the request to the person in charge in the Citizens' Office located at the headquarters of the Collectivity
3-Obtain a receipt of the submission of the file by the citizen office
4-Respect of the deadline indicated by the law of Access to information
5- Withdrawal of the document
