Hi, I’m *Larry Benard Paul Abutu*, the founder of Citiben Property Consulting.

For the past few years I’ve been working with people in Abuja and across Nigeria to help them buy land, invest in property, and make better real estate decision 

I started Citibenpropertyconsulting because I saw too many people — especially business owners and agribusiness operators — lose money to bad deals or miss good opportunities simply because they didn’t have the right guidance

I’ve worked closely with farmers in rural communities around Abuja, and I understand the struggle of turning seasonal income into something lasting. That’s why I help people use real estate as a way to secure their future and grow wealth.

So far, I have helped over 25 clients secure verified land and houses in Abuja.  From checking documents, to finding the right location, to helping you invest for rent or resale — my job is to make sure your money is safe and your investment makes sense.
