Papers submitted to this Special Session should follow the same submission and formatting guidelines as other papers of IJCNN 2025.  All submitted papers will be reviewed in the same process as the regular papers. Once you log in, Select "Main Track" when creating your submission, and then select the special session  "Computational Intelligence in Transactive Energy Management and Smart Energy Network (CITESEN 2025)" as the Primary Subject Area. Only in this way, your submissions are to be submitted to this special session and become visible to us in the system.
