The time slot per team is 15 minutes, 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&As. For double blind review, you can only show the team ID and title of your system during presentation in person or virtually. No show or violating double blind in person or virtually lead to disqualify in the competition.
The online presentation system link is in the announcement email.
The system demonstration and presentation setup should be included in the 10 minutes of the presentation and you will have 5 minutes Q&A. Ring sound will be used to remind the time. All the presenters need to connect the online presentation system to present their systems. For in person attendees, the session room is Room D in the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Cheng Kung University (https://smile.ee.ncku.edu.tw/cibcb2025/?page_id=233), Tainan, Taiwan with CIBCB 2025.
You can test the online presentation system from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Aug. 20 (GMT+8). The login name of the online system is your team ID. When you present, you need to turn on the camera and microphone, and demonstrate your system. You are also requested to use the official presentation slide template provided by IEEE CIS.
In-person Presenter
The presenter needs to attend the session room (Room D) for registration before the session starts to test your system and connect to the online system. When your presentation starts, the staff will also move you to the online presentation room.
Material Preparation

On-site live demonstration of your system
Virtual Presenter
The presenter who presents virtually must connect to the online system before 15 minutes of the presentation. When your presentation starts, the staff will move you to the online presentation room.
