PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Participation fees

Registration for this 2018 edition of CISEA is free of charge for all those whose papers will be accepted. Registration includes:

Participation in scientific activities
Launches
Coffee-breaks
Gala dinner

Registration does not include accommodation or transportation.

Visa

It is the responsibility of the participant to review his/her visa status and determine whether they need a visa or visa renewal for entering Côte d'Ivoire where the conference is hosted. Furthermore it is up to the participant to pay any related fees, find out how instructions for the application process. It is possible to apply for online visa. Fill free to get in touch with the organizing committee for any concerns regarding visa.

Please note that Visa letters will be only issued on demand by the organizing committee

All requests for visa letters should be addressed to the organizing committee.

Travel information

Destination airport for the conference: International Airport Felix Houphouët Boigny, Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire).

International airlines that fly to Abidjan include: Ethiopian Airlines, Kenya Airways, South African Airlines, Emirates, Turkish Airlines, Air France, Brussels Airlines, Air Côte d'Ivoire, Air Burkina, etc.

Geographical Location: ENSEA is located at ‘‘Avenue des Grandes Ecoles’’ Cocody, Abidjan.

Hotel rates: Decent hotel rates should be between $50-$100 per night. A few luxurious hotels could go up to $500.

Climate: In June, the weather is pretty warm.

Tourism: Côte d’Ivoire has nice beaches (Bassam, Assinie, Jacquesville, etc...). Please check the website of the Ministry of Tourism. (http://www.tourisme.gouv.ci)
