*The Registration fee includes a two-day package including accommodation, local transport, Breakfast, Lunch and Conference dinner for invited speakers, faculty, and industry participants.

Accommodation
IIT(ISM) Dhanbad offers on-campus accommodation for delegates according to availability of rooms. Moreover suitable arrangements at some recommended hotels near the conference venue will also be provided.
Guidelines for Poster Presentations
Please note that the poster dimensions for the CiS-2026 conference should be A0 size in portrait format. The width is 84.1 cm and the height must be 118.9 cm.
Presenters must arrange a printed version of the poster before attending the conference.
The poster evaluation committee will visit each board, so the presenters are requested to be present for Q&A during the poster session.
Posters must be mounted at their designated sites. The detailed program schedule will be shared with the respective participants in due course so that they can plan accordingly.
