Q: DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

A: Yes, All events have a $100.00 refundable deposit (cancellations only valid 14 days prior to the event date). This deposit locks in your date and goes towards your final balance which is due 5 days prior to the event date. 

Q: HOW MUCH SPACE DOES A 360 PHOTO BOOTH NEED?

A:  At minimum a 10ft x 10ft area is required for the 360 Photo Booth to spin and to ensure guest safety. We will provide safety stanchions for the safety of your guests. We can downsize this a bit if needed to accommodate your event needs.

Q: DO YOU DO OUTDOOR EVENTS?

A: YES! But we require the area provided must be DRY and LEVEL, we cannot do events in wet, sandy, or muddy environments. If your event is taking place in the spring or fall, protection is not 100% necessary but at the first sign of inclement weather, we will have to pull the photo booth and this could disrupt your service window. Most of our 360 Photo Booth equipment is battery powered and can operate anywhere as long as the conditions above are met. 

Q: HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT ON A 360 PHOTO BOOTH AT ONCE?

A: Our 360 Photo Booth measures 32” in diameter, it is capable of holding 1 to 3 adults (600lbs) The arm holding the camera on the 360 Photo Booth can extend up to 3’ away from the edge of the photo booth platform for guests wearing larger outfits that may overhang on the platform. 

Q: DO I HAVE TO RUN THE BOOTH?

A: Absolutely not! Each package includes an attendant(s) who will set up, operate and remove the booth following the completion of the service window.

Q: HOW DO I GET MY 360 VIDEOS?

A: 360 videos can be sent to your guests via a link,QR code, text message,airdrop, or email using our iPad sharing station. Following the completion of the event, you will receive a link to a digital gallery of all the videos that were recorded during the event for you to download and share with whoever you please.

Q: HOW LONG ARE THE VIDEO RECORDINGS ?

A: The default video recording duration is 16 seconds, but it can be configured to record up to 30 seconds of video. The duration may be increased or reduced (3 seconds to 30 seconds) depending on the number of guests at your event.

Q: MY VENUE REQUIRES A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE (COI)? CAN YOU PROVIDE THIS?

A: YES! Upon request, we are able to provide you and your venue with a Certificate of Insurance (COI). 

Q: DO YOU USE AN AUTOMATIC OR MANUAL 360 PHOTO BOOTH?

A: We use the best automatic 360 Video Photo Booth for smooth, consistent videos each and every time. Our competitors may use an inferior manual setup that is up to the discretion of the Photo Booth operator at the time.

P: ¿REQUIEREN UN DEPÓSITO?

R: Sí, todos los eventos tienen un depósito reembolsable de $100.00 (las cancelaciones solo son válidas 14 días antes de la fecha del evento). Este depósito reserva su fecha y se destina a su saldo final que se requiere 5 días antes de la fecha del evento. 

P: ¿CUÁNTO ESPACIO NECESITA UN FOTOMATÓN 360?

R: Se requiere un área mínima de 10 pies x 10 pies para que el fotomatón 360 gire y garantice la seguridad de los invitados. Proporcionaremos soportes de seguridad para la seguridad de sus invitados. Podemos reducir esto un poco si es necesario para satisfacer las necesidades de su evento.

P: ¿HACEN EVENTOS AL AIRE LIBRE?

R: ¡SÍ! Pero requerimos que el área provista debe ser SECA y NIVELADA, no podemos hacer eventos en ambientes húmedos, arenosos o fangosos. Si su evento tiene lugar en la primavera o el otoño, la protección no es 100% necesaria, pero a la primera señal de inclemencias del tiempo, tendremos que aguardar la cabina de fotos y esto podría interrumpir su ventana de servicio. La mayoría de nuestros equipos de cabina fotográfica 360 funcionan con baterías y pueden funcionar en cualquier lugar siempre que se cumplan las condiciones anteriores. 

P: ¿CUÁNTAS PERSONAS PUEDE SOSTENER UN FOTOMATÓN 360 A LA VEZ?

R: Nuestro photo booth 360 mide 32 "de diámetro, es capaz de contener de 1 a 3 adultos (600 libras) El brazo que sostiene la cámara en el photo booth 360 puede extenderse hasta 3' de distancia del borde de la plataforma del fotomatón.

P: ¿TENGO QUE EJECUTAR EL STAND?

R: ¡Absolutamente no! Cada paquete incluye de un a dos asistente (s) que configurará, operará y eliminará la cabina después de la finalización de la ventana de servicio. 

P: ¿CÓMO OBTENGO MIS VIDEOS 360?

R: Los videos 360 se pueden enviar a sus invitados a través de un enlace, código QR, mensaje de texto, airdrop(iphones),  o correo electrónico utilizando nuestra estación de iPad. Una vez finalizado el evento, recibirás un enlace a una galería digital de todos los vídeos que se grabaron durante el evento para que los descargues y compartas con quien quieras.

P: ¿MI LUGAR REQUIERE UN CERTIFICADO DE SEGURO (COI)? ¿PUEDE PROPORCIONAR ESTO?

R: ¡SÍ! Si lo solicita, podemos proporcionarle a usted y a su lugar un Certificado de Seguro (COI). 

P: ¿UTILIZAN UN FOTOMATÓN 360 AUTOMÁTICO O MANUAL?

R: Utilizamos la mejor cabina fotográfica de video automática 360 para videos suaves y consistentes en todo momento. Nuestros competidores pueden utilizar una configuración manual inferior que depende de la discreción del operador de Photo Booth en ese momento.
