Circuit Bloom is licensed to you, not sold.
Scope of License: You are granted a personal, limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.
Apple Media Services Compatibility: This license is fully subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and any applicable App Store Review Guidelines.

Circuit Bloom operates strictly as a local-only puzzle game:
Localized Progress: The app saves your gameplay metrics, puzzle settings, high scores, rewards, and unlock states directly on your device.
⚠️ Data Loss Warning: Because data storage is decentralized and networkless, the developer is not responsible for any permanent loss of local progress caused by:
Deleting the application from your iPhone.
Resetting or restoring your iOS device.
Corrupted iOS system backups or unexpected operating system behavior.
The current version of Circuit Bloom is entirely self-contained. The application explicitly does not provide:
❌ Online multiplayer features or cloud synchronization
❌ Global online leaderboards or external account services
❌ In-app advertising or paid digital micro-transactions (IAP)
You agree to use the application solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes.
🚫 Prohibited Restrictions: Except where such restrictions are expressly prohibited by applicable local law, you may not:
Modify, hack, or reverse engineer the game logic or visual system.
Redistribute, copy, clone, lease, or resell the application.
Use the app in any manner that violates third-party rights or App Store rules.
The application name (Circuit Bloom), interface design, game mechanics, signal symbol visual system, typography, text, branding assets, and source code are the exclusive property of the developer or its licensors. These Terms do not grant or transfer any ownership or proprietary rights to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CIRCUIT BLOOM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". The developer provides no warranties, express or implied, regarding the software's performance. We do not guarantee that your puzzle gameplay will be completely uninterrupted, entirely error-free, or that it will meet every individual expectation.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (including, without limitation, loss of local save data, device malfunction, or emotional distress) arising out of or connected with your use or inability to use the application.
The developer reserves the right to update the application or revise these Terms of Use at any time. Any updates will become effective immediately upon release. Your continued use of Circuit Bloom following the deployment of changes constitutes your definitive acceptance of the revised Terms.
