1. About CircleToSearch App

CircleToSearch is a privacy-friendly Android app developed and maintained by Aditya Shinde [AKS-Labs]. The app allows users to perform reverse-image searches by temporarily uploading an image to Litterbox or Catbox and using the generated link with search engines.

CircleToSearch is fully open-source and transparent about data handling.

2. User Privacy, Data Collection & Storage

CircleToSearch does NOT:

- Collect personal data

- Store data on developer servers

- Track activity

- Use analytics

- Share information with third parties

Data Transmission:

When you choose an image for search, it is uploaded directly to Litterbox (temporary) or Catbox (fallback). The app does not store or transmit data to any developer server.

Avoid uploading sensitive or private images.

3. Permissions Required

Read External Storage / Photos:

Used only to let you choose an image for reverse-image search.

Internet Access:

Used only to upload the selected image and open search engine links.

4. Children’s Privacy

The app is not intended for children. Supervision is recommended. For concerns, contact akslabs.tech@gmail.com.

5. Changes to Privacy Policy

Updates may occur. Changes will be reflected on GitHub, in app updates, and via the date at the top of this document.

6. Compliance with Privacy Laws

Because no data is collected or stored, CircleToSearch naturally aligns with GDPR and CCPA privacy principles.

7. Third-Party Services Used

- Litterbox / Catbox: for temporary or fallback image hosting

- Google, Bing, Yandex, TinEye: for reverse-image search

Each service has its own privacy policy.

8. Your Rights

You control everything:

- Uninstall the app anytime

- Revoke permissions
