This is our 2nd annual 5K trail run around scenic Clinton Nature Preserve. Medals will be given to the top 3 in each age group (10 year increments). All finishers will get a race-shirt along with snacks and drinks. Runners and walkers are both welcome. It will be held on March 14, 2026 at 8:00 am. Course marshalls throughout the course to help as needed

Proceeds will go to Circles Douglas County which helps families in Douglas County become financially stable by matching them with middle- to high-income mentors who provide training in personal finance, employment, and communication skills. Circles moves participants from surviving to thriving.

This is a fundraiser and there are multiple ways to donate:

Participant - Just signing up is a contribution. Start with the “Sign Up” button on the RunSignup page
Participant + Donation - In the Sign Up process, you will see a “Donate” button where you can give above and beyond the registration fee.
Phantom Runner - Perfect if you just want to stay in bed or cheer from the sidelines and still get a tshirt. Just do either of the options above and then skip the start line.
Donor - For those that want to give , but don’t need yet another tshirt. Start with the “Donate” button.
Sponsor - For anyone giving $100 or more, your name or company will be on the tshirts. The highest tier of donations includes a one year ad on the Circles website and other benefits. For more information, see our Sponsorship page
