You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Post or share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.

2. Creating and Participating in Circles/Events

2.1 Responsibility for Events
Users who create circles or events are solely responsible for organizing, managing, and ensuring the safety of participants. We do not supervise or manage user-created events.

2.2 Participant Conduct
All participants must behave respectfully and comply with applicable laws and event guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend or ban users who violate these Terms.

2.3 Location Data
By enabling location services, you allow Circle to use your location to suggest relevant circles and events. You can disable location sharing through your device settings.

3. Coins and Reward-Based Ads

3.1 Reward Ads
Circle provides opportunities to earn coins by interacting with reward-based ads. Coins can be used to create circles or events within the app. By engaging with ads, you agree to the data collection practices of third-party ad providers.

3.2 Coin Usage
Coins hold no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the coin system at any time.

3.3 Ad Content
We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party ads. Interact with such ads at your own discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property within Circle are owned by Eeyfork or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

4.2 User-Generated Content
By posting content within Circle, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display your content for app-related purposes. You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 No Guarantee
We provide Circle on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the app’s availability, reliability, or accuracy.

5.2 User Responsibility
Your participation in circles and events is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any harm, loss, or damages arising from your use of the app or participation in events.

5.3 Third-Party Services
We are not liable for issues arising from third-party services, such as ad providers or payment systems.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, for violating these Terms or engaging in harmful behavior. Upon termination, your access to Circle and its features will cease.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law
