Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9/19/26
The short version: Cipher & Smoke collects nothing about you. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.
What the app stores
Your character, career, collection and settings are saved on your device only. Nothing is uploaded, and I have no way to see it. Deleting the app deletes that data.
What the app sends
Nothing. The game works entirely offline. It makes no network requests, and contains no advertising or analytics software.
Purchases
If you buy in-game funds, the purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple tells the app only whether a purchase succeeded. I never see your name, payment details, or Apple ID.
Children
The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children. Note that the game contains mature themes and is rated accordingly.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date.
