Privacy Policy

This policy describes how CIP Exam Prep ("the app"), published by Doka, handles information. The short version: **the app does not collect, transmit, or share any of your personal data.** Everything you do in the app stays on your device.

1. What the app stores, and where

The app works entirely offline. All information it needs to function is stored in a local database on your device only:

2. What the app does NOT do

- It does not require an account, sign-up, or login.

- It does not collect your name, email, contacts, location, or device identifiers.

- It does not contain advertising or analytics SDKs.

- It does not send any data to a server — there is no backend.

- It does not access your camera, microphone, photos, or files.

The app requests no permissions on installation.

3. Ratings and reviews

If you choose to rate the app, the app may invoke the operating system's built-in rating dialog. That dialog — and any review you submit — is controlled entirely by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. The app itself transmits nothing and never sees your review content.

4. Data deletion

Because all data lives only on your device, you can delete everything at any

time:

- In the app: Settings → Reset study progress removes all quiz results, flashcard history, exam attempts, and study statistics while keeping the course content.

- Completely: uninstall the app. This permanently erases the local database and every piece of data listed in section 1. There is nothing left on any server because nothing was ever sent to one.

5. Children

The app contains no age-restricted content, no data collection, and no interactive communication features, and is suitable for all ages. Its content is aimed at adult learners studying for professional insurance qualifications.

6. Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app ever adds networked features (for example cloud sync), this policy will be updated *before* that version ships, and the store data-safety disclosures will be updated to match.
