The Common Interactive Objects (CIO) Symposium will bring together a small group of Human Computer Interaction (HCI) researchers interested in areas related to use over time, mediating qualities, shareability, and malleability of interactive technologies for collaboration among people. In particular, we will focus on the theoretical framework for interactive technologies that is developed by the CIO project, and generally debate how to empower users through new ways for people to construct and configure their physical and virtual environment, together, over time and within communities.
The symposium will be held for three days, Jan 28-30, 2019, at Sandbjerg Estate (see: http://conferences.au.dk/luther2015/how-to-reach-sandbjerg/)
