"We were really lucky to have Cinzia join us for Lucid Games Learning Week to deliver a talk on allyship. Right from the start, her warmth and down to earth approach made the session feel open, honest and easy to engage with, even as she tackled some challenging topics.
What stood out most was how Cinzia created a space where people felt safe to ask questions. She handled difficult subjects with empathy and made sure everyone felt heard, responding with thoughtful, compassionate answers. She generously stayed behind after the session to answer futher questions, which was greatly appreciated.
We came away from the session feeling more confident and better prepared to support each other and contribute to a more inclusive and respectful studio. I would wholeheartedly recommend Cinzia to any studio looking to create positive change and deepen their understanding of allyship."
Hayley Brant, UI/UX Brand Director @ Lucid Games
“It was so interesting to have Cinzia speak at our employee Pride celebration event at Jagex. Chatting with some of our Diversity Committee, her perspectives and experience in the industry shone a light on the challenge and importance of inclusion within the workplace, and the need for both the LGBTQ+ and ally community to always recognise and celebrate marginalised groups. We came away more positive from the talk, inspired to continue building a workplace, and industry, where everyone can feel they belong.”
Em Scammell, Associate Director of Internal Comms & Employee Experience @ Jagex
"At ustwo games, we’ve done many workshops and training sessions and I can genuinely say I’ve never seen so much engagement from the company, across all roles and levels of seniority, as I’ve seen during the sessions we had with Cinzia.
Cinzia has a very level-headed and measured approach to discussing subjects and material which can very easily trigger emotional reactions from people. It always felt safe for anyone to contribute any thoughts or ask any questions, without ever feeling they’d be ridiculed or attacked.
In the inclusive hiring workshop we had, they provided tonnes of practical steps we could take as a business, all backed up with facts and anecdotal evidence, in a way that was hard to disagree with. Many of the actions suggested were simply just good business decisions, and I haven’t really seen things that many view as controversial, laid out so plainly and with such undeniable evidence.
After our workshops, I’ve seen people refer back to the things learnt in our day to day work, this has been really great to see and reflective of the impact Cinzia and their work has had.
I say all that to say this, if you want to make your company a better place for your current and potential future employees, Cinzia is definitely the person you want to talk to and I couldn’t recommend them any more!"
Mike Anderson, Senior Producer @ UsTwo Games
"I have had the privilege of attending a UB workshop led by Cinzia Musio - it was data and results-driven whilst delivered with compassion and empathy. A rare, and refreshing, training style.
I cannot recommend her services highly enough 🤩
These openings won’t be around for long, so get in there quick if you want to drive actionable change, and support your team (which we all know is so desperately needed in this climate)."
