FBI Warns Spoofing with FBI's Number
This article talks about spoofing that is made with the FBI's number. Spoofing is where one disguises their display name as someone else to grab the attention of an audience. People in Cleveland, Ohio are receiving calls and are being asked about their information or have been told to come to a station because they are a part of an investigation. Most of what can be done is to stay updated with the news and report the number and calls to the FBI.

This article talks about the phishing scams that are happening with Twitter verification. Phishing scams are scams that grab the attention of people though emailing and get their information. People with twitter accounts and assuming the email is about their account and a way to get free verification. What can be done is to check the email address to confirm whether it's a viable email, stay up to date with current Twitter announcements and don't click on any link that comes with the email.

Certification
To be able to complete this assignment, I was to do a Cyber Security training and get a certificate.
Lessons Learned:
Learned that there is a lot of harm that happens in the media that grabs attention of others fairly easily. With current changes in Twitter and most online people being tricked easily. Also the strong way to give information by using the FBI number to easily scare others for information. So people have to be more careful in checking their emails and where their callers are coming from to which I am trained in.
