Welcome to my tips page to help moots create BlueSky feeds!
How to create a "My Art" feed that shows all your posts tagged #myart, using https://skyfeed.app:
STEP 0. Post one piece of art and tag the post with #myart (or whatever tag you'd like) on BlueSky.
To test your feed, you'll need at least one piece of art already posted on https://bsky.app with the right tag.
STEP 1. Create an app password in BlueSky for Skyfeed.
Go to Settings in https://bsky.app
-> App passwords
-> Add App Password
-> Name the password "Skyfeed"
-> Create App Password
Copy the generated password and save it somewhere for use whenever you want to login to Skyfeed. When you click "Done", you won't be able to see the password again.
IF YOU LOSE IT: Simply delete the pre-existing one and follow the above steps again.
Why this matters: Skyfeed is a different company from BlueSky; it is not good security to share your BlueSky password directly with another company. I know, this is an annoying.
STEP 2. Login to https://skyfeed.app using the app password you just created. You'll see a dashboard as follows, click on "Feed Builder" to access the feed builder UI. The final screenshot below points out some key elements of the "Feed Builder".
STEP 3. Fill in the form as shown in the screenshot below. Test and publish the feed!
Fill in a Feed Name.
Select "Single User" for Input.
Click "Select yourself" to set the User DID.
Set Include to "Posts" and "Replies".
Set RegEx to "#myart" or whatever hashtag you'd like to use to curate your art feed.
Set Target to "Post Text" and "Image Alt Text".
Leave Sort by as the default as shown.
Test and preview your feed using "Feed Builder Preview" button in the lower right.
When you are ready, click "Publish Feed". You will be prompted to optionally provide an avatar and/or description of the feed.
STEP 4. Access and share your feed.
In https://bsky.app, go to your Profile and click Feeds.
Your feed should be in the list, click through to see it. Use the URL from that page to share your feed or link it from your linktree!

There are two easy methods for creating a fandom feed on BlueSky. The following explains the pros and cons to help you decide between them. I recommend track.goodfeeds.co for a fandom that has a highly unique hashtag and few tags. I recommend skyfeed.app if you want editability, more complex moderation, or more than three tags.
Pros
Highly customizable. You can add many hashtags and keywords, and you can specify filters like removing replies or removing content from specific users. You can set a description as well as an avatar for the feed.
Linked from your profile. The feed will appear under the "Feeds" tab on your profile page.
Editable. You can always return to skyfeed.app to edit the feed and fix it if you want to remove a hashtag or mute a user.
Cons
7 day limit. The feed is limited to content from the last seven days.
Downtime. On a particularly popular day in your fandom, you may find that the feed goes down (it will come back up on its own).
Pros
Easy to configure. It's a very simple UI to configure.
All time. The feed will cover all time.
Cons
Not editable. Once you click Finish, the feed is finalized and you cannot edit it.
Not linked to you. The feed is owned by goodfeeds.co and is not linked to your profile.
Limited customization. You cannot set description or avatar or moderate the feed. You are limited to exactly 3 tags / keywords.
Once you've decided which method to go with, the detailed instructions for each can be found below.
How to create a fandom feed using https://skyfeed.app. For the purposes of this FAQ, I will use #fourthwing as the example fandom.
STEP 0. Ensure there is at least one post with #fourthwing on BlueSky.
To test your feed, you'll need at least one post already posted on https://bsky.app with the right tag.
STEP 1. Create an app password in BlueSky for Skyfeed.
Go to Settings in https://bsky.app
-> App passwords
-> Add App Password
-> Name the password "Skyfeed"
-> Create App Password
Copy the generated password and save it somewhere for use whenever you want to login to Skyfeed. When you click "Done", you won't be able to see the password again.
IF YOU LOSE IT: Simply delete the pre-existing one and follow the above steps again.

Select "Entire Network" for Input. Set the time to the max (currently max is "7 days").
Decide if you want both "Posts" and "Replies". By default, the feed is set to remove Replies. If you want to include them, click the red x on the "Remove if item is Reply" block to remove the Replies filter.
Set RegEx to "#fourthwing" or whatever hashtag you'd like to use to curate your fandom feed.
The format here is "(#hashtag)|(key word)|(#hashtag)". You can have as many keywords and hashtags as you wish, just keep each in a ( ) and insert a | between each of them. Example: (#fourthwing)|(fourth wing)|(#xadence) will create a feed that includes posts with any of the hashtags or the words "fourth wing" in it.

How to create a fandom feed using https://track.goodfeeds.co. For the purposes of this FAQ, I will use #fourthwing as the example fandom.
STEP 0. Ensure there is at least one post with #fourthwing on BlueSky.
To test your feed, you'll need at least one post already posted on https://bsky.app with the right tag.
STEP 1. Create an app password in BlueSky for goodfeeds.
Go to Settings in https://bsky.app
-> App passwords
-> Add App Password
-> Name the password "goodfeeds"

Copy the generated password and save it somewhere for use whenever you want to create anything on goodfeeds. When you click "Done", you won't be able to see the password again.
IF YOU LOSE IT: Simply delete the pre-existing one and follow the above steps again.
Why this matters: track.goodfeeds.co is a different company from BlueSky; it is not good security to share your BlueSky password directly with another company. I know, this is an annoying.
STEP 2. Open track.goodfeeds.co and fill in the forms as shown in the screenshots below.
Go to track.goodfeeds.co
Click "Create Feed".
Enter your Bluesky Username in the first field.
Name your Feed.
Enter the 3 terms you want to use to find posts for your feed.
Unique hashtags for the fandom are best (eg, #fourthwing, #xadence)
You can also use just a keyword (eg, "Fourth Wing")
Click "Next". The Bluesky App Password field will appear. Enter the app password you create from Step 1.
Click "Finish".
STEP 3. Find your feed again and bookmark or share it with your friends.
Wait a few minutes for the feed to finish publishing.
Go to goodfeeds.co and search for your feed name.
Your feed should be in the list, click through to see it. Use the URL from that page to share your feed or link it from your linktree!
Here's an example of a goodfeeds created feed: #dramione
Rule blocks are a way to add additional instructions to how the Skyfeed service curates your feed. I provide some examples of interesting additional rule block examples below, especially ones for artists and fandom feeds, below. These extra tips only apply to Skyfeed feeds.
Click "Add Block" to add a new rule block. (screenshot 1 below).
Select Remove for the block type (screenshot 2 below).
Set the first field to "Image Count" and set the second field to "equals 0" will remove all posts with zero images.
This tip is useful if you have already made posts without the right hashtag (or forgot the hashtag) and want to manually add in the missing post. To add a single post:
Click "Add Block" to add a new rule block. (screenshot 1 below).
Select "Input" for the block type (screenshot 2 below).
Select "Single Post". The UI will then show a field for Post URI.
For Post URI you need to input a string formatted like:
at://[USER_ID]/app.bsky.feed.post/[POST_ID] where:
USER_ID: Copy it from your UserDID field on the feed you created, or go to Skyfeed -> Profile -> three dot menu -> Copy DID.
POST_ID: From the URL of the post you want to add, copy just the last string of characters after "post/".
Example:
Post URL: https://bsky.app/profile/cinnamonchopsticks.bsky.social/post/3k4cc4hqlbx2i
My Post URI to add it manually to my Skyfeed:
at://did:plc:u7whcdrhqzr7z7odykerko7f/app.bsky.feed.post/3k4cc4hqlbx2i
Skyfeed supports removing posts from a Mute List from any feed. This tip is useful if your fandom tends to have a lot of antis, but only works for Skyfeeds.
STEP 1. First, create your Mute List in bsky.app:
Login to bsky.app
Under Settings -> Moderation, you will find "Mute lists" (first screenshot)
Click on Mute lists, and click the + in the upper right to create a new one.
Name and describe your list (second screenshot).
STEP 2. Add the remove block in skyfeed:
Login to skyfeed.app using your Skyfeed app password (see feed creation FAQs above).
Click "Add Block" to add a new rule block (screenshot 1 below).
Select Remove for the block type (screenshot 2 below).
Select "List of Users"
Click "Your Lists" and select the list you created in Step 1 (screenshots 3 and 4 below). This will populate the field with the at:// format.
Test your feed and click "Update Feed" to publish the change.
STEP 3. Mute users from your feed.
Whenever you see an anti on your feed, go to their profile and use the three dot right side menu to add them to the mute list you create.
