Privacy Policy for Cinmon Village

Cinmon Village is a cozy 2D simulation game for iPhone and iPad. We respect your privacy. In short: everything you do in the game stays on your device.

1. Information We Collect

Cinmon Village does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The game does not require an account, does not connect to the internet, and does not send any data to us or to anyone else.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Your game progress (save slots, coins, inventory, and settings) and the things you create in the game (books you write, paintings, and journals, including any photos you add to them) are stored only on your device, inside the app. They are used only to run the game and are never sent to us. Your device may include them in its own backups (for example, iCloud Backup), depending on your device settings; those backups are handled by Apple, not by us.

3. Photos

- Adding photos to a journal: when you choose Add Photo, the system photo picker opens and the game receives only the photos you select. A copy is kept inside the journal on your device. The game cannot see the rest of your photo library.

- Saving to Photos: when you choose Save to Photos for a painting or a journal, the game asks for permission to add pictures to your Photos library. It only adds pictures; it never reads, changes, or deletes your existing photos. You can change this permission at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos.

4. Clipboard

When you tap Paste while writing a book, the game reads the text on your clipboard to insert it. It reads the clipboard only when you tap Paste and never sends it anywhere.

5. Third-Party Services

Cinmon Village does not use any third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services, and it has no in-app purchases. If you have chosen in your device settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports and usage statistics; these do not identify you.

6. Deleting Your Data

You can delete books, paintings, and journals inside the game. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device. Copies in your device backups or pictures you saved to your Photos library stay until you delete them.

7. Children's Privacy

Cinmon Village is suitable for players of all ages, including children. The game does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
