For the second paper, the Indian/SAARC author needs to pay another INR 2500. The Non-Indian author must spend another USD 50 along with the first complete paper registration.

An author registration in the conference is mandatory to have the paper included in the conference program and the proceedings. i.e., attendee registration is not entitled for IEEE Xplore paper publication.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register at full fee on or before 15th November 2022 (please add another 18% GST as per Indian Tax Law). Late registration will not be permitted. Papers without at least one registered author will not be included in the final program for presentation and IEEE Xplore publication.
