Born in Nevada in the late 90s, Cindy Sue’s journey has been shaped by resilience, creativity, and community. She grew up in California from ages 2 to 11, before settling in Jefferson County for middle school, high school, and college. After attending university and facing the challenges of physical and mental illness, Cindy Sue returned home to begin developing a new lifestyle—one rooted in health, happiness, and passion.

This health and happiness journey became the foundation for everything she does today. Along the way, she earned certificates, gained knowledge, and grew in ways she never imagined. A natural writer, Cindy Sue began crafting poetry in 2021, and by June 2022 she was performing her words on stage for the first time. That moment revealed both a talent and a passion for community growth and performing arts.

In 2022, she moved to St. Louis and embraced her identity as Cindy Sue from the Lou. Known for her dynamic words, intimate performances and shocking comedy punchlines, she developed her own unique style of performing art: Stand-up Empowerment. Cindy Sue’s mission is clear—she doesn’t just want audiences to leave entertained, she wants them to leave empowered.

Today, Cindy Sue thrives in St. Louis, living for her community and encouraging others to build businesses based on heart and passion. For her, the destination is always the same: a new lifestyle where love for what you do means you never work a day in your life.
