I bought these ROMs on eBay from James Redd whose address was near Dayton, the same area as Pleasant Valley Video. There are plenty of stories and anecdotes on the internet about both of those names if you care to google them. The two chips arrived on that piece of Styrofoam you see in one photo, wrapped in plastic with the game and serial number written on a couple strips of masking tape. I recently got the socketed boards from an AtariAge member and was able to test them...successfully.
