We are so thrilled that you have chosen to interview here at one of our health systems in Cincinnati. Whether you call the midwest home, or if you hail from one of our coasts, you are bound to find yourself falling in love with our city and our health systems, and, if we’re lucky, will plan a career here.

Like yourselves, many of us were excited about the prospect of a Cincinnati match, but we wanted to know more about the investment the institutions had in increasing diversity and supporting URiM residents. We are the Minority Housestaff Association, an organization, with institutional and community support, with the purpose of creating a sense of family among our URiM residents of Cincinnati. We hope to foster community among residents across specialities, through social events that allow us to explore our city, professional development, community engagement, and recruitment of prospective applicants like you!
