Q: Caller Info Nepal (CIN) service just vanished automatically because of which incoming/outgoing caller information does not show anymore. why? and How can it be solved?

A: It is not the problem in the app but actually it is the Android Operating System which sometimes forcefully kills the app(s) running in the background when memory is too low or to free the memory so that system does not gets hang or run slowly.

This problem can simply be overcome by just running Caller Info Nepal (CIN) which automatically starts services related to this app to run in the background and hence the problem will be solved.

Plus, if your device matches anyone of above listed devices then please follow the steps to run the app in background so that services related with CIN can run smoothly and give the best out of it to you.

Even if your device does not match above list you can go to your device's settings and find similar functionality to enable/run Caller Info Nepal (CIN) services in the background even after screen turns off and turns on back again.
