*The TNSP will be virtual starting 8/11/26. Trainees can still complete their assignment and close out their packet prior to demob.

For virtual close out:

Complete Final Incident Interview (link further down the page)
Email the TNSP your Evaluation Record and Performance Evaluation (ICS 225)

To receive documented credit for your assignment, use the Training Assignment Registration Link below to access and complete the Trainee Registration Form.

Remember, you must "close out" with the TNSP in order to obtain credit and documentation for your assignment.

Trainees Needing to "Close-Out" with the TNSP can Speed Up the Process by:

Completing and Submitting the "Final Incident Interview" Prior to Seeing the TNSP. (Find the link further down on this page)
Be sure your trainer has finished making entries in your PTB, Made the appropriate recommendation, and Provided you a 225 or 226 Performance Evaluation

*For all personnel using the next generation task books: the evaluator must evaluate all tasks, assigning one of the four ratings for each task.*

Prior to closing out your package with the Training Specialist

Your Trainer will complete the appropriate entries in your Position Task Book, including the Evaluation Record (in the back) and if you are being recommended for qualification, the Final Evaluator block at the front of the task book.
Use the "Performance Evaluation Forms" button to download and complete, and sign the corresponding ICS 225 or 226 Performance Evaluation.
Click the "Final Incident Interview" button to complete and submit your Final Interview for your assignment.
With the above 3 items completed, and with your task book, see the Training Specialist to close out and receive your documentation package.
