The first release from the Town Collection; the Double Barreled is first aged in white oak barrels then re-barreled in heavily charred oak and finally finished with toasted Maplewood staves. The result is a rich, warm spirit filled with notes of dried stone fruit, sweet spice, vanilla and oak on a pleasing finish.

This deep amber whiskey has a complex aroma of vanilla, mint and molasses. Pleasantly sweet to the taste with notes of brown sugar and spice that give way to oak, toffee, dark fruit and anise. This whiskey finishes long and smooth with serious depth. 

A blend of eaux-de-vie aged a minimum of 2 years, this Cognac offers aromas of candied fruit, toffee, vanilla, and wood spice; the palate is full and warming with flavors of chocolate, orange, vanilla, and Christmas cake spices followed by a long and balanced finish.
