Instructions for Camera-Ready Manuscript Preparation
(Only for the authors of accepted papers and registration confirmation done)

The registered authors of already accepted papers must complete the following tasks (A and B) By November 20, 2023.
For the papers which are still under review/revision, a new time slot will be allocated in December 2023 for the finally accepted papers to process (A) and (B).

Please check your manuscript thoroughly for typos and grammar errors and rectify them.
Ensure that the manuscript is exactly complying with the specifications provided in the IEEE Conference Template, available at, https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html. Remove all highlighted text and the author compliance report in camera-ready submission.
Put the Copyright Notice to the footer (left aligned, Times New Roman 10 Font) of the first page of your manuscript as per the following information:
For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-1370-3/24/$31.00 ©2024 Crown
For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-1370-3/24/$31.00 ©2024 European Union
For all other papers the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-1370-3/24/$31.00 ©2024 IEEE
Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site: https://ieee-pdf-express.org/. Provide conference ID as 59440X.
First time users need to create an account before the login.
Follow the instructions provided in the IEEE PDF eXpress site to check for PDF compatibility of their camera-ready manuscript.
Save the checked manuscript in your computer drive with file name <CIEC24_cameraready_”paper ID”> (for example “CIEC24_cameraready_019” for the paper with ID: 19).
Submit this file as final camera-ready manuscript to CIEC24 through Microsoft CMT portal as follows:
Log in to your author portal.
Go to actions: Camera ready -> Create Camera Ready Submission.
Fill the information in new webpage and upload your saved file <CIEC24_cameraready_”paper ID”>.
* Please note: All Camera-Ready Manuscripts will be again checked for similarity using Cross Check software. The Permissible similarity limit is 25%. If the similarity exceeds 25% the paper will not be included in the conference proceedings and will be rejected.
** No further changes will be allowed in your manuscript.
*** All papers going to IEEEXplore Digital Library will be checked for PDF compatibility as per IEEE PDFeXpress specifications. This is a free service provided by IEEE to the conferences in which IEEE retains the final copyright of manuscripts.

Log in to your author portal under Microsoft CMT for CIEC24. Go to actions-> Submit IEEE Copyright form
In the new webpage, a link is provided to direct you to IEEE Publication Agreement page. Fill the online form step-by-step to submit the information and save a PDF copy in your computer.
Finally, the saved e-copy of the copyright form has to be uploaded to Microsoft CMT portal through the IEEE Copyright Form Submission page using "Submit IEEE Copyright Form" under the "Actions" tab.
