This Preliminary Exercises highlight the mission and vision of Tiwi Community College, this exercises also include the TTC Alma Mater Hymn, Albay Hymn, Bicol Hymn and also the CHED Hymn.
This exercises gives out the feeling of excitement because of the new mission, vision of my current school. It is way more better if we learned and acquire the knowledge of our mission and vision for our future action and future plan as a student of Tiwi Community College.
This exercises gives a positive benifits for me and my co-student, to be familiar with our own mission and vision.
It is benefited to us who stay in this institution, it serves as our guide while staying in this institution.
As a student we can contribute by spreading the knowledge that we get from this exercises.
I will include the rules frrom the handbook of the school, the rules and practices that is not included in this exercises.

How will you help the Tiwi Community College meet its vision and mission? (not less than 150 words)
As a student in Tiwi Community College and also an aspiring teacher there are way's to help our school in achieving those vision and mission together with the faculty members, teachers and other stakeholders. In accomplishing the aim of vision and mission of Tiwi Community College the heads must provide and strengthen the knowledge of every students in this matter.
The Tiwi Community College vison and mission emphasize the development of every students and their future responsibilities. As a student we need to not just memories but to understand and implement what we learned that was stated to the vision and mission of our school as early as possible, we should train our self and apply what was written in it.
The Tiwi Community College vision and mission, in terms of memorizing and practicing whats been stated earlier gives us the opportunity to master and have a better contribution to our school. Continuous development expected to have a good feedback in our school in performing outside the vicinity of Tiwi Community College.
Describe the TCC Core Values in your own words. Please provide examples or ways to value each of them.
• Fortitude - " strong will to overcome adversities "
It says that no matter what kind of challenges we have, we should know how to solve it. You need to strengthen your critical thinking in solving problems, start with small things, until you create a solution to much complex problem.
• Integrity - " tenacity to uphold strong moral principles"
It says that we shouldn't stop in building our own principles. Always think what is good for everyone.
• Discipline - " proper behavior and conduct "
As a student that is expected to be a professional in the future, we should study how to discipline our self by practicing it while we're still studying.
• Excellence - " Consistent high-quality performance"
We should practice to give our best in many aspects in life.
• Leadership - " active and conscious catalyst for local and global progress. "
As a future educator we should always remember that we will soon build the fundation of our students that soon to be the future of our society and also building our self to be the foundation of the future.
As would be graduates of the TCC, how will you show each of the six (6) attibutes of a TCC graduate.
As a TCC graduate, I will show them what I have build in my 4 years in college, what I aquire by means of giving them my high quality performance.
Based on your own observations, please identify three (3) programs that the administration should continue to implement and three (3) issues that they should improve. Make also necessary suggestions on how to solve or improve the issues.
THREE PROGRAMS THAT THE ADMINISTRATION SHOULD CONTINUE:
1. Orientation for the students.
2. The events that will build the learners a camaraderie.
3. The equal distribution of assistance in the students.
THREE ISSUES:
1. Handbooks
- We need more resources in the school, maybe a little solicitation this issues atleast can solve little by little.
2. The Facilities
- Classrooms are very few for the learners so maybe a proper schedule that the students don't need to study at the covered court .
3. Water supply
- Finding agency that can help resolve the water supply problem at the school.
