These school sponsored programs are both fun and educational. A portion of the enrollment fees (a minimum of 25%) goes directly back to Cicero Elementary. They offer before and after school sessions.

Karate John's
Dance Expressions
Enjoy learning new dance routines and the history behind the art. We are offering Irish Step Dance, Acro, Ballet, Tap, Lyrical and Creative Jazz/Hip Hop. Class is held on Tuesdays inside the Cicero Elementary Gymnasium.

Miori Martial Arts
This is a 6-week introductory class taught at Miori’s Cicero studio for ages 4-11 by certified Black Belt instructors. Students will be able to learn martial arts skills, learn about achievement and character building, and can earn their first belt in a 6th week promotion ceremony! Students will also receive a Miori Martial Arts uniform. We offer two sessions from Miori, one in the fall and again in winter or spring. 100% of profits support the PTG! Now offering ZOOM classes with the first TWO (2) free! *Sessions are completely virtual*

Cross Fit
The focus of CrossFit Kids is to teach young kids that fitness can be FUN! Children who are already athletes will see an increase in strength, speed, endurance, balance and stamina. We also focus on new athletes and strive to increase their love of health and wellness as well as increase self-esteem. Class is taught virtually.
REGISTRATION OPEN! Classes start October 15th.
Karate John's martial arts
These physically distance, in-person classes are 30 minutes each and 2 days a week. Class is taught at Karate John's studio for ages 4 and up and you choose which days of the week work best for your classes with many time options available! Students will learn how to build confidence, self-discipline, respect all while having fun! Registration also includes a t-shirt for each student with the whole family being encouraged to join.
REGISTRATION OPEN! Deadline October 1st and classes begin October 5th.
Grounded Kids Yoga
This is a 4-week program teaching children how to manage their bodies and use breath to self-regulate and recognize emotions. Each class includes mindfulness exercises and fun yoga games. Yoga mats provided for participants. For all grade levels. *Classes are virtual through Zoom*
