State that you want your Crimson Image Converter account and associated data deleted. We may request additional information to verify account ownership. Never send your password.
After verification, we will delete your Firebase Authentication account and associated account information under our control without unnecessary delay.
If specific records must be retained for legal obligations or fraud prevention, we will explain which records are retained, why, and the applicable retention period.
Your images and PDFs are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. Account deletion does not delete exported files from your device or delete your Google account.
Deleting your app account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Google’s own transaction records are governed by its retention policies.
