● The league has opted that all protests in the Minor Division do not have to be resolved before the next pitch or play. - Rule 4.19(g)
● Due to field limitations the following time limits are in effect: - Regulation VII(d), X(c)
○ Minor & Major BB
■ Weekdays: No new innings shall be started after two-hours and thirty minutes from the game start
time. All innings started before the time limit shall be completed unless other restrictions (weather,
lighting, etc.) halt the game. If a game is able to be considered regulation by Rules 4.10 and 4.11,
the game is concluded. If a game is not able to be considered regulation, the game is suspended.
● Fall Season - Games will conclude at 2 hours regardless of the number of innings played.
The current batter will be allowed to finish their at-bat. (Updated 5 Jun 22)
■ Weekends: A game will be completed or suspended regardless of game situation at two hours
and thirty minutes. If a game is able to be considered regulation by Rules 4.10 and 4.11, the
game is concluded. If a game is not able to be considered regulation, the game is suspended.

● The league has opted not to suspend the five (5) run rule in the Minor Division for the last half inning. This does
not apply to the 6th inning. The 6th inning is still an unlimited run inning. - Rule (5.07)
● The league has opted to enforce the one foot at all times in the batter box. - Rule 6.02(c)
● The league has opted to remain with the uncaught third strike rule for major baseball. - Rule 6.05(b)(2)
● The league has elected to opt out on enforcing ejections for the relaying or stealing of signs. However, a player, coach, and/or manager are still responsible for proper sportsmanship and could face disciplinary action by the BOD. - Rule 9.01d
