Hi, I’m Brandi, the baker and recipe developer behind Ciao Pane.
Ciao Pane means “hello, bread,” and it’s my way of sharing the love, tradition, and memories of my heritage with everything I bake. I started this little cottage bakery in honor of my Italian grandma, who loved bread more than anyone I’ve ever known. I baked her a loaf every time I saw her, and I still think of her with every dough I mix today.
I’ve always had a passion for baking and living clean and holistically. I’m a mama of three boys, ages 18 months to 7 years, so nourishing food and a simple, intentional lifestyle have become a big part of who I am and what I love to share.
Years ago, I lived in Italy, where I had the amazing opportunity to take Italian cuisine classes and immerse myself in the rhythms of authentic Italian cooking. Growing up in a family that lived in the kitchen, surrounded by generations of handmade pasta, Christmas ravioli, and cherished traditions, those influences are still very much alive in my home today.
Every loaf and treat I make is handcrafted in small batches with clean ingredients, time, and heart.
