Case Studies

These case studies are for additional knowledge. Or to make up a clinical day.

Read through the case studies, there is a reflection questions paper that is completed to make up your clinical hours. There is a total of 6 case studies, you do not have to answer the questions within the case studies- the answers are already there. Only answer the questions in the reflection pdf.

Please make sure you add journal articles or websites to help strengthen your plan of care/interventions. Include references in APA format. For example, when referencing care plans, nursing diagoses, describing a specific outpatient discharge intructions, or EBP on smoking around asthmatics.

Your paper will be about 6-7 pages long- write at least two to three paragraphs for each age category.
