My name is Chushan Wang. I am a William H. Kruskal Instructor in the Department of Statistics and Committee on Computational and Applied Mathematics (CCAM) at the University of Chicago. I was a Research Fellow in the Department of Mathematics at the National University of Singapore (NUS) from Aug 2024 to Aug 2025. I got my Ph.D. degree from the same institution in Sep 2024 under the supervision of Prof. Weizhu Bao.
My research focuses on numerical analysis and computation of nonlinear dispersive PDEs with low regularity or singularity. My PhD thesis explores this.
I am also interested in the analysis and computation of ground states.
