This applies generally to all churners, but ESPECIALLY to those who are in contravention of the terms and conditions of welcome bonuses as set out by each financial institution. Doing so will result in bonus clawback, blacklisting, or potentially a crackdown across our hobby. 

Again, DO NOT CALL THE BANK, regardless of the amount of missing points.

This policy applies to ANY Annual Fee Rebate, ANY Statement Credit Offer, ANY Bonus, and ANY Card.

We are all here to milk the incompetence of the banks’ IT systems, the more people that call, the more reason the banks will patch these glitches or holes up. When that happens, no one will be able to reap the benefits, so PLEASE, DO NOT CALL THE BANKS!

If you don’t receive a bonus that you may not have been entitled to in the first place, you must chalk it up as a loss and a risk of this game for the greater benefit of everyone.
